01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Australia IPTV service at australiaiptv.xyz, placing an order, or using your subscription credentials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.

02 Description of Service

Australia IPTV provides access to a streaming service that delivers live television channels and on-demand content over the internet. We offer subscription plans of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months' duration.

The service is provided as-is and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. The channel and content library may change over time without notice.

03 Account & Credentials

Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials via email. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential and not sharing them with others
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your credentials

Each subscription is licensed for use on a single device at a time unless otherwise specified in your plan. Sharing credentials with multiple users may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

04 Payment & Billing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is due in full before the subscription is activated.

• Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you must place a new order to continue after expiry
• We do not store your full payment card details
• Payment confirmation is sent by email upon successful transaction

05 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the service
• Using the service for commercial broadcast or public display
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the service infrastructure
• Sharing your credentials with multiple simultaneous users
• Using the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

06 Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to stream content for private viewing only. No content may be downloaded, recorded, or redistributed.

07 Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, high-uptime service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible.

08 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms of Service. In the event of termination due to a breach, no refund will be issued.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscriptions that have been activated are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Australia IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or inability to access content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

10 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal proceedings.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
